Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you may submit a return request within 14 days after receiving your items.

Returns are subject to eligibility requirements: your merchandise must be in the exact condition as upon receipt, unworn and unused, complete with original tags and packaging. You are also required to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you may contact us via mouluekong@gmail.com. Please note that returned items must be shipped to the following address: Room 2603, Unit 1, Building 6, Yulanwan Residential Quarter, Jiukeshu Subdistrict, Tongzhou District, Beijing, P.R.China

If your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept unsolicited returns sent without prior return authorization.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items are defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly, contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or partial refund accordingly.

Certain products are non-refundable and non-returnable, including promotional trial items priced at ¥19.99 and products purchased for blind spoon video shooting. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

The fastest way to obtain your desired item is to return your current product and place a separate new order once your return has been approved.

Notwithstanding the above terms, if your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days. As mentioned above, items must remain in their original received condition, unworn and unused, with original tags intact and original packaging preserved. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned goods to inform you whether your refund application is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund transaction.
